Run of Show Special

We will post your camera ready ad (the same one you use for print) with a link to your web site from the time we get it until the show closes.

You’ve Been Framed!

Small but highly visible ads are available to the left of the main text on each page on the website.  The ads are approximately 1¼" wide x 3" high. Just enough room for your business name. Each one links to your web page.

For $25 per week, you can get four of these throughout the site. You have no choice as to which page they are placed on. But we will try to get one on the most popular pages (Latest News and Photo Album) and rotate them often. For an additional $10 per week, we will guarantee one of your ads to be placed on the Latest News or Photo Page.

MI Weekly Webcast

Fordyce on line. Similar to the dearly departed Entertainment Express Weekly program,  MIentertainmentTV: The Webcast will be about 10 minutes long and focus exclusively on the week's entertainment news from around Michigan.
There is only one banner sponsor available for the webcast.
Example: “Your Company presents MI Entertainment TV.”
For $125 per week you can get a mention in the open, a billboard, and a 30-second TV spot in the show, and an ad on the latest news section of the web site and the TV Page.

Advertise with Jim and Jack..

Jim Fordyce visits Jack Ebling on 1320 WILS radio every Friday night at 6:30 to talk about the what's up for the weekend. Click here and listen to recent shows

You can sponsor part of that 1/2 hour segment and get your ads running all week long on the radio with Jack, Jamie and Jim.

For $200 per week (13 week minimum) you get five 60-second spots that run at random during “Ebling and You”  Monday - Friday from 5 to 7pm.

For $250 per week you get all that plus a billboard at the beginning of the entertainment segment.

For  Example:
MIentertainment.biz on the air with Jack and Jim is sponsored by  your restaurant, one of Jim’s favorite places to eat.

Remember since there are only two segments (6:30 and 6:45) and only two sponsors can get in on the Billboards.

Sponsor a Live Remote Radio Broadcast from Your Business

Your restaurant, theater or night club is the perfect place for a remote broadcast with Jim and/or Jack.

Option 1:  $300
Jim will do his Friday Night reports on WILS radio from your place with  teases before the segment.

Option 2: $500
Jim will do a live radio broadcast from your entertainment event occurring
between 5 & 7pm, Monday through Friday.

$1,200 gives you a two-hour live broadcast from your place!

How do I pay?

All rates (except the Run of Show Special and Frame Ads) are based on a 4-week agreement. First month must be paid in advance. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Checks and Cash, and, in some cases, barte

Do I get a discount for paying in advance?

Yes!
If you pay for 6 months up front you get a 5% dicsount
If you pay for 1 year up front you get a 10% discount
Paying in advance locks in the current rate for the length of your agreement

Do I get a discount for advertising on the Webcast and Radio?

Yes!
The Double Feature gives you 20% off your total bill for placing your monthly ad on the web page and either the radio programs or the MIentertainment TV Weekly Web Casts.

If we advertise, does that mean our show will get a good review?

NO!
Jim Fordyce is a journalist first who call 'em as he sees 'em. So no amount of money, even a sack of gold, will help you get a good review for a turkey you know will fold.

My business is not entertainment related. Why should I advertise?

People who frequent www.MIentertainment.biz are fun theater and movie people who usually have a little extra income and tend to be very loyal, especially to local business and services.

Does Jim Fordyce endorse products or businesses?

Yes. But that decision is soley up to the big guy.. Here is a hint: He has a soft spot for local businesses that provide great things for the community including lots of smiles.

Can I buy ads on line?

No. Jim Fordyce believes there is nothing like good old personal service. So if you call or e mail, Jim or a memeber of the staff will call you back and find out what you need and match the advertising to suit your business

Do I supply my own ad material?

Yes, the Advertiser is responsible for supplying web sites, ads and other materials. We can accept most camera-ready ads, and radio and television commercials.
There is an one-time, $100 set-up charge for video and an extra charge of $50 per month for video on the site.

What if I don’t have an ad or web site?

Media Matters of Michigan (www.MediamattersMI.com) will design web sites and other advertising materials for you at a very competitive rate.
